1. Definition of PCB semi-finished product inspection standards

1. Class A Nonconformity: Any defect that can cause injury to human body or machine or endanger life, such as failure to comply with safety regulations/burning machine/electric shock, etc.

2. Class B Disqualification: defects that may cause product damage, function abnormality or affect product service life due to material reasons.

3. Class C disqualification: It does not affect the function and service life of the product, does not affect some defects in appearance, does not affect minor defects or differences in the assembly of the mechanism.

2. PCB semi-finished product inspection standard method

1. Check conditions: To prevent contamination of components, wear protective gloves or finger covers and an electrostatic bracelet when operating components.

2. Inspection method: Place the inspected object about 25 cm away from both eyes, 45 degrees up and down, and check with a visual inspection or triple magnifying glass.
